We utilise advanced techniques, including custom heat moulding of liners and shells, to perfectly sculpt the boot to your unique foot anatomy.
Our precise pressure mapping technology identifies pressure points, allowing us to make targeted adjustments for a truly bespoke fit that eliminates discomfort and enhances control — whether you're a first-timer or an Olympic hopeful.

Professional boot fitting is crucial for comfort, performance, and injury prevention. A properly fitted boot ensures efficient power transfer to your skis, reduces pressure points, and prevents fatigue — allowing you to ski longer and better with enhanced control. Without proper fitting, even the most expensive boot can cause pain and reduce performance significantly.
A comprehensive boot fitting session typically takes between 1 to 2 hours. This allows our expert fitters ample time for foot assessment, trying various models, heat moulding processes, and any necessary adjustments to achieve the perfect personalised fit. We recommend booking in advance to ensure we have dedicated time for you.
The frequency depends on how often you ski and in what conditions. For casual skiers, a full service at the beginning and end of the season is usually sufficient. More frequent skiers, or those tackling aggressive terrain, might benefit from waxing every 3–5 ski days and edge tunes as needed. Rocky or icy conditions are hardest on edges and bases — we can advise on inspecting your own equipment between services.
Our basic ski service (£25) includes a thorough base clean, professional edge sharpening and deburring, minor base repairs (filling small scratches), and a hot wax application using high-quality universal wax to ensure optimal glide and protection. For more significant damage or a full grind, we'd recommend our Full Service at £45.
Yes, absolutely. We can heat mould most modern ski boot liners regardless of where they were purchased. Bring your boots in and one of our fitters will assess whether heat moulding is appropriate and what customisation options are available. Please call ahead to confirm we can accommodate your specific boot model.
Yes! We service all snowboards to the same high standard as our ski servicing. Our snowboard service (£45) covers base grind or repair, edge sharpening, and a quality hot wax. We can also re-mount bindings and adjust stance width and angles. Simply drop your board in-store during opening hours.
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours for most services. During peak pre-season periods (October–December) this can extend slightly. If you need your equipment urgently — for example you're heading away at the weekend — please call us on 0114 272 8800 and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
